Mr. Enthusiasm: Questing and Questioning

Challenging myself to write and publish a book on motivating individuals (millennials) to connect with nature and find a greater balance with technology in order to improve the overall mental health crisis that is developing. I discuss my experience through adventuring and working in a corporate environment with high deadline pressures, over-reliance on technology and what I have learnt whilst being in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean or on the summit of Mt.Kilimanjaro.
